Hours saved = [AI × (baseline − AI) + AI+Edit × (baseline − AI+Edit) + Manual+Quote × (baseline − Manual+Quote) + Quote Integration × (baseline − Quote)] ÷ 60.
AI processing cost = billable AI documents × AI document cost.
Estimated net capacity value = hours saved × loaded human cost − AI cost in AED − AP operating cost. ÷ 60. FTE released is the hours saved scaled to a 30-day month, divided by the working hours per FTE.

KPI parameters for the GRN / GDN tab. They are saved separately from the AP KPI parameters, so changing one dashboard never changes the other. Thresholds, auto-refresh and other general settings are shared and live under General.
Hours saved = (AI transactions + Integration & CFS transactions) × (manual − AI minutes) ÷ 60. Integration & CFS is left out while it is disabled.
AI processing cost = AI transactions × AI cost per transaction.
